HPWC is a wilderness program tailored for youth 12-17 years old. With a focus on spending time with horses, we accept campers from any range of experience with horses, from beginners to experienced riders.

Our tipis are 22′ with a wood stove in the center. With an outdoor kitchen, tarp-covered “dining hall”, and outdoor chapel, campers will experience life from a viewpoint that many can only dream about! Field games, horseback riding, GREAT food (seriously, people LOVE the food here!), and friendly staff make HPWC a summer experience that keeps bringing youth back summer after summer. Many plan their summers around it!

There are three Girl’s Tipis and two Boy’s Tipis. We cap our numbers at 25 campers, with between 5-7 campers per tipi. Each tipi has two dedicated leaders who love the campers and camp so much they volunteer their entire summer!
